The Developer starter package includes:
1. Property report available via our online property portal
Azure only offers properties that are soundly researched and have undergone a thorough and methodical due diligence. Our property Partners and their clients demand this level of comprehensive reporting to satisfy their compliance and property investment due diligence. Our online Property reports cover:

We will upload all of the report content, images, floor plans, pricing etc to our property portal and this will be accessible to the entire property Partner network and in turn their property clients.

Our email marketing communication is at the forefront of our marketing practices. With our property Partners responding well to this communication, an email campaign will be sent and responses will be tracked and measured instantly. A well designed campaign with a call to action can produce great results. As part of your package we will email our entire property Partner database introducing your project which our property Partners can then go online and access all of the relevant information and introduce it to their clients.
3. Feature project listing
To give your project maximum exposure to our property Partner network we will place it in the feature project position as part of the starter package for one week. This feature presence will coincide with an email campaign targeted to the property Partner network and in turn their clients. Anyone who receives the email will be directed back to the property portal to view all of the details surrounding your project.
4. Optional Extra
For continuing exposure of your project on our property portal we offer you the option of having your project advertised for the entire month at no additional advertising cost using the vertical and horizontal banner positions. Either you supply the designs or we can have our designers create them for you.
