3 steps to investing in property

Step 1: register and complete survey
All you need to do now is complete the first step, the online survey. It is important that you answer all of the relevant questions so that we may respond to your needs with the very best property solution for you. If you are not sure what you are looking for at this stage that is fine as we have solutions for all levels and types of investors. If there is not a suitable property available now, we will inform you and give you the opportunity to register for the next property opportunity. We do not believe in just selling any property, rather we would ask you wait until the next best opportunity suited to your situation arises.
Step 2: Select a property
Once you’ve successfully registered, one of our property advisers will contact you within 48 hours at a convenient time for you to review and discuss your requirements. A meeting can be arranged at a convenient location for you if you so wish. Once your property adviser understands exactly what you are looking for they will be able to make some recommendations of suitable properties available. Our thorough and careful research is critical to ensure you buy a property that provides you with the best potential for growth. You will receive a copy of our extensive due diligence investment property report which will contain all of the information that you will require to make an informed and educated property selection.
For each property in our portfolio, you can view:
- All of the information pertaining to the property investment including details about the developer, builder, architect, schedule of finishes and more
- Comparable sales and valuation reports
- Capital growth estimates by leading third-party providers
- Estimated depreciation schedules for the property
- Research on the local area and state where the property is located including demographics, transportation, entertainment venues and more
- Estimated rental returns from independent third-party sources
- Relevant press articles and more
All of this information is neatly organised for quick and easy access. Even better, it can be printed for offline viewing with a single click of the print button.
Step 3: Reserve your property
Once you are happy with the research which you have read and completed your own independent research you are now in a position to make the property selection that best suits your needs. It is important that before making any final selections, you confirm your capacity for finance. Once this has been approved, you can then reserve your property and complete the necessary requirements to secure your property.
