Depreciation Schedules
In order for you to be able to claim the appropriate tax deductions associated with your investment you require a quantity surveyors report, which can be obtained after the property has completed. Through our relationships with third-party quantity surveyors, we offer special discounts on obtaining a report that is specific to you and your investment and meets the requirements of the Australian Tax Office.

Finance
Making sure you have the correct financial structure in place for your home and investment needs is crucial in maintaining an efficient investment plan. It is vitally important to the success of your investment plan that you deal with the best suited financial institution for you. It is not always a matter of going with the cheapest lender, rather finding the lender which is going to support you in continuing to grow your asset base over time as you require. When investing in property, it is highly recommended that you engage the services of a professional who is qualified to advise you on the legal requirements and obligations of your purchase. If you require a solicitor or conveyancor, we offer a panel of qualified advisors who are familiar with property and local regulations and also specific to the state where the property is being purchased.
